Hi there,
There are a few correspondence courses online that you could try out first to see if they suit what you are actually looking for.
I would look into WildlifeCampus, who offer:
“Marine Biology for Guides, Divers and Enthusiasts”
“Wildlife Management”
“Geology, Palaentology and Evolution”
I hope that helps a little. But I would definitely agree that Marine Biology would be a good one to study.
Kind regards,

It depends on the school. In some, you can major in wildlife conservation. Sometimes a major in zoology, botany, geography, or ecology will be best. At the undergraduate level, it doesn’t matter all that much. The best wetland-man I know majored in urban forestry. By the time you are ready to do graduate work (assuming you want to), you will know who is publishing in the fields you find interesting and can select a major professor rather than a school and department.
For what it’s worth (not much), I stayed with a zoology major all the way.
