You also said that you’re testing on a D3. That was not a D3. Probably a D700. I know it doesn’t make much of a difference; just saying. Is there a WAY cheaper way of? doing this? Like a gray card/posterboard.

I think he said D300, not D3. This is the DX version of the D700 FF.I use half of a white 3 ring binder that I cut? apart (works fine and cleans up easy). It’s one of the matte ones.
