The D70/D70s were so much better made than this. I don’t even like the D80 and D90 anymore. The D700 is? okay, and the D70. But that’s me, maybe that’s a subjective opinion.

Can someone tell me what makes this better than a D40? And I don’t count the dust reduction/air flow thing important.I heard the menu is faster. But the slower flash sync speed is a disappointment…? Why the hell would they make this one slower…

1. actually 1/200th of a second is not bad, if you have to fast of a flash sync you lose background if its? at night time. but i also was kinda curious on this subject.2. it does more FPS3. 10.1mp instead of 64. the package comes with a VR lens, which helps at slow shutter speeds.not sure what else is different google dpreview pretty indepth stuff there.
