Sigma is very good. I believe? they also manufacture lenses for other companies, such as Olympus. So, even if you have an Olympus logo on a lens, it could be a lens manufactured by Sigma.

How much did all? that cost?!!!!!

Hmmm… Hard to say because some things was bought in Hungary (Europe) more than 10 years ago, some stuff I bought in USA 7 – 4 years ago These stuff come together slowly in more than 10 years period. Becouse i use film cameras and Sigma optics actually cost less then a similar but digital equipment today. I bought a Sigma 300-800 for 5000,- USD in 2005. Today it’s more than $7000.-! If you wanna buy the same? thing today, would cost much more then cost to me during the years.

Do you still want your Pentax stuff? Cause I am? interested…

Yes I want it. I’m sorry….The Pentax Z1p was the best 35mm film camera of Pentax. Not long ago I just build? a battery grip for it, now I can use with 4 AA batteries! (Pentax never make battery grip for the Z1p) Also I just build for the Pentax a zoom extension tube for close up, wich still under testing. I love the camera and I haven’t even plan to swich to digital. My Nikon F6 for wildlife photos, my Pentax for landscape, and close up photos.

how has your experience with sigma been as far? as product quality goes, should I buy a lense from them? thanks

I’m very satisfied with Sigma EX lenses. Sigma had other than EX lenses, those are not as good quality, lenses and they are for mostly amateure use.The Sigma HSM just as fast than Canon USM or Nikon SWM. The lenses are well build, quite, fast. In optical quality ? They are on the top. Unlike by Canon, all the lenses came with lenshood. One thing I miss on Sigma telephoto lenses, an AF limit swich. That’s would be nice, but I can live without it.
