If it is just to train them, I suppose you would learn that at a circus somewhere. However, if you want to study them, zoology or biology would be more appropriate than marine biology, which deals with animals found in the ocean (and I don't think Bengal Tigers are marine mammals!). Marine biology wont help much with tigers. ask one of your college advisors and do some more research online.
