Canon Eos 50d Dslr Review

I take a look at the new mid-range DSLR from Canon and take it to a skate park to test it’s high ISO capability.

Is it best to? just buy the body of the camera and buy a better lens later?… are kit lenses just to get you started? Meaning…to get the best result out of your canon 40D or 50D you will upgrade to a better lens quickly, leaving your kit lens redundant? Any help appreciated. Thanks

How long can? you record, before the memory card is full? 10 minuts? A hour?

Depends on what your doing. As in if its for a hobby or if, say, your a pro wedding photographer. But the 50d? is a great camera and the lens is good too.Read up on it, you’ll find good reviews on both of them.

he meant did CA stand for custom auto or creative auto, as you when you described the CA feature you called it custom auto (which in fact it is creative auto)he wasnt talking about CA as? in chromatic aberations

A lot of stuttering, seems like you didn’t give enough thought into this review, just kind of did it. No set speech typed out? Why watch this if I can watch a fuller, more detailed and well prepared review? Just being honest, I did learn a few things though on? the positive side.

Thanks for the reply. In some of my first reviews, I found that scripting took too much time rehearsing the lines and extra takes to get it right. Using an auto cue to the side just looked like I wasn’t looking at the camera and? an autocue machine costs about two grand.Everything is off my head with some minor pointers of what I want to mention before I start.

Buy it (unless you already have!). I have? had a 350D, 40D and a now have a 50D. its brilliant. Dont listen to anyone whining about sensor noise. All sensor will produce significant noise at ISO 3200 and above. Up to ISO 1600 noise control is more than adequate.

if? you’re familiar with the SLR functions you wont have a hard time with higher models… its all a matter of getting use to the camera.. i went from a film SLR straight to a 50D and it was easy.. no trouble at all
