I can not recommend to buy a Nikon in Cambodia. Better you look out in shops in Singapore or Hong Kong while you are on a stop over there. It will be difficulty to get an International warranty and you might get at the end even a 3rd grade quality camera for your money. Nikon is controlling the market very well and if you want the real thing there will be very little differences on the net price. The difference will be the GST/VAT and of course all the additions that the seller is willing to put on top or is bundling with the camera like flash, memory (often cheaper in the computer store next door), extra battery (what comes handy in the more rural sites), bag, filter, etc, etc. That’s where the bargain and the fun starts. However always ask for the complete cash price or Credit Card price at the beginning including all taxes, credit card extra costs, and so on.
One more hint. I never found a good deal at any of the duty free shops in Singapore, HK or Bangkok. It was all 30% more expensive in comparison to downtown. The rental prices at the airports are simply too high to allow an interesting discount. And please be aware that you can get all local taxes reimbursed at the tax reimbursement offices at the airport (after a small deduction of a administrative fee)

My experience was in Thailand. Digital cameras sold at department stores and malls there are way cheaper than Duty Free prices.
Try to search for a Cambodia electronics/camera website and compare the prices indicated.
